This class is for high school students who want to take their artwork to the next level. We will learn and apply the elements and principles of design to produce work with personal meaning.

With an eye towards building a portfolio and exploring options for college and/or a possible career in art, this class is about more than execution. In addition to improving their drawing and design/layout skills, students in this class will explore the role of artists in our society and practice giving and receiving feedback about their work.
